Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Golden Creek Horticulture, some products are offered as recurring subscriptions, including CSA programs and seasonal produce subscriptions. Subscription products renew automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout. 

Customers may:

  • Cancel their subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date

  • Skip upcoming deliveries when needed

  • Update pickup or delivery preferences through their account or by contacting the farm directly

For CSA subscriptions, your first payment is charged upon sign-up, with future payments processed according to the subscription schedule. Subscription billing automatically ends at the completion of the season. 

Because our products are fresh and perishable, already processed orders and harvested products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once prepared for pickup or delivery.
