Return Policy

At Golden Creek Horticulture, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality produce harvested directly from our farm. Because our products are perishable, all sales are generally final.

If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to make it right through a replacement, farm credit, or refund at our discretion. Photos may be requested for quality concerns.

We cannot accept returns on produce that has been improperly stored or not used promptly after purchase.

For CSA shares, special orders, or bulk purchases, please contact us directly regarding any concerns.
